Representative Vicki Kraft to hold in-person 17th District town hall Saturday morning, March 19, at WSU Vancouver

Representative Vicki Kraft is inviting citizens from throughout the 17th Legislative District to join her this Saturday morning, March 19, at Washington State University Vancouver for an in-person town hall meeting to discuss the recently completed legislative session.

“I'm really excited because this will be the first in-person town hall meeting I've been able to hold in more than two years due to COVID restrictions. Our virtual town halls via computer have gone really well, but they are just not the same as being out in public and meeting face-to-face with constituents,” said Kraft, R-Vancouver.

“This was quite a contentious legislative session. There are many issues I look forward to discussing, from the governor's emergency powers, vaccine and mask mandates, free speech issues, gun rights, the disappointment of no tax relief despite record revenues, the third bridge, and so much more,” added Kraft. “This is an opportunity to visit with citizens, provide a legislative update, and hear directly from constituents.”
