Rep. Kraft addresses election integrity with KEDO’s Bruce Pollock
Rep. Vicki Kraft, R-Vancouver, discusses election integrity, and legislation she is working on which would require forensic audits so voters can be assured their vote is being counted.
Rep. Kraft further discussed emergency powers reform, although she is skeptical about how much support a bill which addresses emergency powers will get within the Legislature.
With COVID-19 continuing to be an ongoing issue, Rep. Kraft is concerned about the side effects on society besides the illness itself.
House Bill 2042, a bill introduced by Rep. Kraft, would provide a $7,000 scholarship to some students in Washington, allowing them to gain access to private or home school options. The bill would require at least 25% of these scholarships be awarded to homeless or foster kids.
Rep. Kraft also confronts the ongoing issue of the vaccine mandates which have been put in place by the governor and his use of emergency powers to rule as “a one-man dictator” for almost two years now.
