Rep. Vicki Kraft speaks on House floor against paid, commercial surrogacy agreements

Rep. Vicki Kraft, R-Vancouver, speaks out against changes to surrogacy agreements, allowing for paid, commercial surrogacy or the renting of a mother's womb. Kraft notes in her time as a lawmaker, the bill is one of the most disturbing policies the House has ever considered. She goes on to say these changes will victimize vulnerable, economically and legally disadvantaged women and children.
